Every part of you is perfectly designed. And since you are a microcosm of the macrocosm - and everything affects everything - I thank you and bless you for firing up your conscious participation in the complex, fascinating, miraculous creation of you and all things.

Your work to maintain a high vibration, your radiant heart, your prayers for peace, love and known oneness - in collaboration with millions of others who are doing the same - is bringing unity consciousness to balance the polarities at a time when the scales are heavy with the weight of perceived and created separation.

You may not always choose to move through your experience with your eyes open, but sometimes... maybe even a lot of the time, these days... you do. Friend, I will say again what you already know: the time is now. The change you wish to see is yours to activate.

It’s easy to get hooked by what’s happening outside yourself. Easy to let the ego drive your experience. But it is not inevitable. You are not lost. You are not even confused, despite being led to believe you are.

Your main job right now is to find your steadiness. Know what keeps you grounded and awake, and do those practices. Find your joy. Know what delights you, what inspires you, what makes you laugh, and be in those experiences.

It only takes a moment to shift into your preferred experience. It is a shift in where you place your attention - from the chaos to the stillness, from the inner tornado to the breath, using your eyeballs to see what is literally in front of you right now: a painting, a tree, your partner, the food you're cooking.

Sometimes a person, a movement, or an era comes along and creates an opening for people's Truth to courageously emerge. Sometimes whole groups of people start coming home at once.

Lovingness is not some foreign experience to seek or figure out or make happen. It is in you; it is who you are, and all that is required is a shift in your awareness, your perspective. Move your attention. Become aware of love. It is.

If the timing is right, then I give you permission to stop telling outdated stories about you. You are allowed and invited to be here now with your words, your heart, your knowing. You are invited to fully embody your current experience of you, with everything you are. You are invited to be free, and to create from here.

I invite you to allow yourself to experience true pleasure. Now is a potent time for you to create and imprint a much deeper experience of it in your system. This too is part of the collective healing we are currently participating in, and will support your fortitude in the days to come.

Across lifetimes, across all timelines, in all concurrent realities, everything is forgiven. Everything is always returning to the light, perfectly. From this perspective, Forgiveness isn't about a person. It's not about you or me. It just Is. In every moment, Forgiveness holds all things sacred.

A quick note about intention setting and manifestation. Remember how your words are so powerful? Your feeling state is the fuel that moves those words from sound to solid.

It's ok to stop worrying, Friend. It is safe to lay down your concern. You are never, ever alone. And everything - everything! -  you experience is held in the perfect, loving awareness of the Beloved, which you are and have always been.

It's true that with every thought, you are creating. With every feeling, you are creating. With your words - oh lordy, with your words, you are creating. And when you settle in to a sacred spaciousness to experience true intention - whew. Get ready.

The ego, the personality, the small self, has been created by you for the very purpose of offering you the tools you need to remember who you truly are, and then a way to express that truth. The ego itself is not bad. When you remember your Divine self, your personality doesn't leave; it begins to align with that Truth.

A tool for working with judgement: I judge you not. I extend forgiveness to myself for what I have created. I embrace you, and I love you. I free you to be yourself. I bless you with the blessing of Christ.

The current embodiment has never been and will not be our end. We've been here before. We'll be here again. Healing, healing, healing. Rooted and receiving. Fortified and blessed, in service.
Love lives. Love lifts. Love is. I Am.

There is nothing more freeing than the gift of being lovingly seen and accepted exactly as we are. To be who we are, by following our hearts – it’s life changing. It may be the greatest gift we could possibly give or receive.

When the layers have been peeled away until the core is gently revealed and lovingly seen, honored with acceptance and Love from and for Thy Divine Self, from and for Thy Human Self - then we know that everything is truly ok. Everything.

What an incredible, miraculous gift - this perfect, brilliant human design. A compass built right inside the human form so that for as long as we live in these bodies, we can listen and feel and know exactly where we need to go and what we need to do. Or not do. Amazing.
