THE PEACE FIELD
A two-month community container for nervous system care, stillness, and human connection
In person · Bend, Oregon
April 1 – May 31, 2026
Our shared world is shifting, and most of us feel it. The ground that once seemed solid is less certain now, and navigating daily life asks more of us than it used to. Many people are discovering that their old ways of coping — staying busy, staying strong, going it alone — are no longer feeling supportive. If something in you is ready for a different way, this is for you.
The Peace Field is a new community gathering in Bend, Oregon — a place to practice the simple, profound art of coming home to yourself. Through simple movement, guided meditation, and open-hearted conversation, we tend the inner life together — cultivating the steadiness, stillness, and genuine human warmth that make it possible to meet whatever comes with grace.
I created this offering because I believe the most radical thing we can do right now is care for our inner state, in community, with intention. The practices we use are ancient and time-tested. What deepens them is the field we create when we do them together — something that belongs to all of us, and nourishes each of us.
This is a two-month container, running from April 1 through May 31. You join, and then you move through it at your own rhythm, attending whatever sessions call to you each week. There is nothing to achieve here, no particular experience required, no belief system to adopt. Come as you are. You are welcome here.
What we Practice Together
Heart Presence ⋅ Guided Meditation
Wednesdays · 6:30–7:45 PM · 15 people max
There is a quality of peace that lives beneath the noise of daily life. It is steady, and always available.
In this guided meditation session, we'll settle slowly inward. You'll be led into an experiential state of deep inner stillness and heart expansion — using awareness, breath, and energy to open the heart, calm the nervous system, and enter a state of peace that you can feel in your body, not just understand in your mind. People often leave this session feeling lighter, more spacious, and more themselves than when they arrived.
What happens when a room full of people do this together is something felt rather than explained. Our individual peace becomes a shared field. Our radiance multiplies, and it touches the people around us.
All are welcome. Come as you are.
Kundalini Yoga
Mondays · 7:00–8:15 AM · 8 people max
Kundalini Yoga is, at its heart, an energy practice. Simple movements, breathwork, meditation, and mantra work together to clear and brighten your energy field, settle the nervous system, and bring you into a grounded, luminous state of being. The physical postures are gentle and accessible — no prior yoga experience is needed. What you will leave with is clarity, lightness, and a sense of being genuinely restored. Come in comfortable clothes and bring a mat or blanket. All are welcome.
The Morning Circle ⋅ Community Gathering
Twice monthly on Sundays · 8:00–9:30 AM · 15 people max
Come for a morning of gentle connection. Arrive as the day is still finding itself, settle in with a warm beverage, and enter the sacred space of the heart together.
Each gathering opens with a simple prompt — an invitation to turn your attention toward what is good, what is nourishing, what enables you to thrive. From here, we share, we listen, and we let the wisdom in the room move through us. The conversation is gently facilitated and held with care, always oriented toward beauty, gratitude, resilience, and the deeper currents of meaning that run beneath the noise of daily life.
Sharing is invited but not required. This is a more interactive space than the practice sessions, and you are always welcome to mostly listen.
This is a place to remember what is true: there is goodness here. There is beauty here. There is life worth savoring and celebrating, in community, on a quiet Sunday morning.
Bring a mug you love — tea will be provided. Disposable cups available if you forget.
All are welcome.
Opening Ceremony
Sunday, March 29 · 8:00–9:15 AM · Free and open to all
Before the container opens, we gather once to begin together.
This is an optional morning of intention — a gentle, sacred hour to meet one another, weave our intentions into the field, and enter this two-month journey with presence and purpose. We will open together in the spirit of cultivating peace, steadiness, and light within ourselves and in the world.
You don't need to have registered for The Peace Field to attend. All are welcome to come and hold this intention with us. No session count required.

Closing Ritual
Wednesday, June 3 · 6:30–7:45 PM ⋅ For Peace Field participants ⋅ Free
We'll gather one last time to honor what we've cultivated within ourselves, together. This hour will hold gratitude, reflection, and gentle ritual as we complete this season of practice and bring it into our lives and our world.
If you've attended Peace Field sessions, you belong in this room.

A Note on What This Is — and Isn't
The Peace Field is not therapy, crisis support, or deep-dive healing work. If you are moving through acute anxiety, panic, or a moment of crisis, this container may not be the right fit right now — and there is support better suited to meet you there. This is community care for your inner life: nourishment, practice, and the quiet power of being with others who are also choosing to tend themselves.
If you're looking for deeper one-on-one support, Aowyn offers individual healing sessions and longer containers. You're welcome to explore those here.
