During our six sessions, we work in many realms: physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual.
We move gently through what is asking for your tending, building your relationship with your inner world along the way. We access your heart’s voice, your intuition and your knowing. We introduce you to the dimensions of your being that are waiting for your awareness.
I bring to this work an uncommon quality of presence − a stillness in which you are truly seen, without judgment. In this gentle field, your system naturally begins to soften and reorganize. The inner resource you've been longing for becomes accessible. It's not something I give you; your awareness simply begins to rest in what is already within you. From here, your vision clears, healing unfolds, and your heart leads the way.
