Your State of Being Creates Everything

It's not an accident that you were born into this pivotal time in humanity.
You are a part of our transition: this remembering of inner and outer harmony.
You are invited to align with your highest potential, which will allow you to align with the highest potential in others.

It's waiting for you in each and every moment. Allow yourself a breath −

yes, slow down
go ahead and inhale deeply
and now
exhale slowly
read on after you've let go of that whole breath, and have returned to normal breathing

In this space you can sense a lighter possibility just waiting for your awareness.

You are not limited to only a few choices in how you feel. You are not limited to whatever you currently see in your reality. You are infinite potential. Right now in this very moment, peace is in you. It is who you are. If you only shift your awareness, you can enter this state of being. 

I will say what you already know: The change you wish to see is yours to activate, and it literally begins with your state of being. It's subtle, internal − and it asks that you practice it. Not only sometimes, not only with some people, but in every moment.

I know, I know; it seems like there should be a loophole − like maybe when you're watching the news, you get a hall pass. Or maybe that story about "what went wrong" seems like it needs to be told one more time, to one more person. Sigh... sorry. Well, I mean, yes, you are absolutely free to do whatever you choose, and that does include lingering in states of being that create exactly what you don't want. But your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to let go of feeling tense, worried or angry, to let go of blame and shame... and become the truth of who you are, underneath emotion. It's bigger than what you've previously imagined. Bigger than being love only sometimes.

You are creating everything you see.
When you be the change you wish to see in the world, you see the world change to mirror you.

Come, play.

You are here for joy. For peace. For love.
